Engage with experts, ignite scientific minds!

The outreach programmes of the Community Education Centre are organised to increase the interest and understanding of the public in science and technology.  We specifically invite primary and secondary school students to take part.   More than 45 most successful scientists and engineering leaders have kindly promised to support these programmes.  Under our flagship programme "Meeting the Scientists and Engineering Leaders", they will exchange work and life experience and their success stories with the participants at zero distance.  For the popular "Thematic Talks", they will talk about the latest and most exciting development in science and technology closely related to daily life in easy to understand terms.  For students who are exceptionally eager and passionate in learning science and technology, a rare and invaluable opportunity may also be open to them.  Some of our scientists and engineering leaders may invite them to visit their laboratories or work with them for a short period of time.
